Raphaël Delli

Raphaël brings a wealth of experience to BOLDT, having most recently worked for BPCE Group, the second largest banking group in France, as their Head Representation to the European Union.  In that role, he led all external engagement and advocacy at the EU level for the group’s four business lines: Retail Banking & Insurance, Payments, Asset and Wealth Management and Corporate & Investment Banking.

He also brings deep expertise on a wide range of important policy issues, including digitalisation, cybersecurity, cloud & use of data and sustainable finance and was active in numerous EU & global associations and organisations.  He also served as a member of the EU Ecolabelling Board. Raphaël is a trained lawyer and has Master’s Degrees from INSEAD and Sciences Po Paris.
