2020 was a year like no other and 2021 is heading the same way. The implications of the COVID-19 pandemic for individuals and businesses alike have been devastating. The impacts continue to be felt as lockdowns and restrictions imposed by governments are extended (and extended yet again). In most countries, vaccination programmes are being rolled out at a snail’s pace.
As a result of all this, many businesses and organisations face the perfect storm. In addition to seeing their traditional ways of working disrupted, they have to deal with rising (and often unrealistic) stakeholder expectations, increased scrutiny and new and more complex regulations.
It was for times like these – although way more extreme than we could have imagined – that we founded BOLDT: to counsel leaders on strategy, communications and stakeholder engagement and deliver business results to help transform performance.
